Basically, we all do a whole lot of nothing in 10 minutes -- when we could be doing something productive for our health. Anyone could easily squeeze in a quick workout during the time you just spent looking up your ex-boyfriend-from-seven-year's-ago-current girlfriend on Facebook (pro tip: you'll look better than her if you do the quick workout instead ... not that that matters, of course).
