Hand weights: Kirsch recommends choosing ones between three and eight pounds. No weights? No excuse. Grab two cans of beans or bottles of water and to get to work, says Kirsch.Stability ball: If you are 4 feet 11 inches to 5 feet 4 inches, choose a 45 centimeter ball, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 8 inches, choose a 55 centimeter ball, and if you are 6 feet and taller use a 65 centimeter ball, says Kirsch.
