Tracy Hepler, Social Media Coordinator Everyday makeup look: "I always apply light foundation and concealer underneath my eyes and over any blemishes. Then I use a cheek stain on the apples of my checks and cover them with a little bit of blush and bronzer and blend, blend, blend. Next up it's the eyes and I like to wear really simple, yet bold eyeliner underneath my eyes and on the top of my eyelids. I typically curl my lashes and apply two coats of mascara on the top lashes only. I seal the deal by applying lip color (sometimes lip gloss or lipstick or a combo of both), so long as there is a noticeable color (coral, pink, fuchsia, red, etc)."

What she feels "naked" without: "Under eye concealer and some sort of lip cover/color."

How she felt taking it all off: "I definitely feel as if I look a lot younger [without makeup] and my eyes don't pop as much as I would like them to, but I'm OK with that under most circumstances (errands, working out, casual outings with friends). If I was going out on a date, job interview or somewhere I really wanted to make a good impression, I probably wouldn't feel as comfortable. Not because I'm not comfortable in my own skin, but I feel as if I wouldn't come off as professional or as I cared about my appearance as much as I should. Yes, I've succumb to societal pressures."

Indeed, all these women look just lovely without makeup and several of them I could barely tell the difference between the two photos! I feel naked without eyeliner and mascara. And lip gloss. Fine, I have three crutches...

All of you look great without makeup! :D Although makeup does help enhance natural beauty. It's those crazy celebrity transformation that go from like below average to absolutely stunning with makeup. Those are the ones I don't understand!

I don't wear makeup every day, I really like my skin to breathe. I wear makeup on special occasions and when I'm meeting my friends.

I do this all the time. I swore as a teenager that I would never become one of those women who could not go out in public without the paint. You all are young and look just as terrific without makeup. Try it when you are in your 50s and makeup really matters. It takes guts and serious self-esteem.

I think I would have quit if I had to take a picture without make up. Wow I am blown away by this. I was just talking to my friend about this the other day. How I am ridiculously addicted to makeup and refuse to been seen by ANYONE without it, even though people always say it doesnt make a difference. I started modeling at such a young age I became phobic about not looking "camera ready" all the time and being less that when I wasn't done up. Looking at these picture gives me a true objective look and I don't really see any major difference.

And yes, I did join just for the specific purpose of saying that message. A little silly, I guess. But it felt right. My gender has spent a lot of time judging womens' appearances and sometimes I just want to say something about it. I also just want to put it out there, girls, that I don't believe any guy should ever be able to define for you how you look--that is totally up to you. No one has any right to define your look for you. :) Especially not us. If we're not prepared to accept you the way you are, then we have no right to ask you out.

I am a guy, so I am not really qualified to speak on this but, personally, I thinks all women naturally are beautiful whether there is makeup or not. There is no such thing as an "ugly" woman. My belief is that humans can only judge the beauty of things that they have created, and human faces are not something any of us created. The beauty of human faces is that they are all colored differently and structured differently.

It's crazy how not wearing makeup really does make you feel more tired! All the girls still look so pretty without make up though. I would definitely feel naked without my concealer and eyeliner.

I was surprised at how all of the editors (all lovely) looked more awake and refreshed without makeup on. Lola is especially gorgeous with a clean-faced look, Tracy (I apologize for any misspellings or wrong names; my browser won't let me go back to "cheat") is very pretty and should trim her bangs to eyebrow-level so her eyes are visible (how often do you hear that, Tracey?) and I believe it was Stephanie who said that her eyes virtually "disappear" without makeup. I beg to differ.

I was amazed how many were self conscience about their looks. I thought they were all pretty without make-up. I mean aren't you supposed to look the same with or without it? It's not clown paint. It shouldn't be used as a disguise.

I think they all look great with or without makeup. Makeup is a plus and it shouldn't be something we all absolutely have to have.. but of course we all like to look and feel pretty. I don't wear foundation anymore, but sometimes I feel like putting it on and I end up changing my mind. My makeup routine takes less time now, but I always feel like I must have my mascara and eyeliner on to feel comfortable about people seeing me.

Wow - the differences are subtle but definitive. I could never take my makeup off at work. I go for a very natural look but it is still amazing the difference with no makeup on at all. I think the biggest factor in these photos is the foundation/concealor. Otherwise, I cannot tell too much difference on most of the girls shown here.

I am a 35 y/o female who has had acne since I was a teen. I have since nearly eliminated my problem with a particular nightly regimen: Clean & Clear face wash for sensitive skin, mixed with Neutrogena Face Wash (in the pump). The 2 together (I squirt one and then the other into my hand and then mix) really get my face clean, without drying and keeps the acne away. If I miss a day or two - it really shows.

Most of you have dark eyes, hair and skin. I think makeup, especially eye makeup, is more important to those with light skin and eyes.
