i like the loreal except i always have orange hands after use, the jergens one is great too. lately ive been using fake bake flawless self tanner. love the color it gives but it seems to fade really fast

I like Estee Lauder's version, but I keep coming back to Jergens. You can truly control the intensity of the color with no streaking.

I'm highly sensitive and allergy-prone. I tried the Jergens last year on my legs and LOVED how it looked, but quickly developed a reaction. It had a strong odor then, so I'm wondering if it's been reformulated enough that I can risk trying it again. Hmmm...

Most of these products are out of my budget. I use Jergen's and I like it. But after hearing about loreal's product I'd like to give it a try.

I've not used any of these high dollar brands mentioned in this article, but I have used Jergens which turned me orange! Recently, I started using Mary Kay Suc Care Subtle Tanning Lotion, Retails for $16. Doesn't turn me orange or rub off. :) Works great!

As usual, the expensive, well-known brands are at the top of the list. I've tried all the above, and Paula's Choice self-tanner is the best and amazing. If you exfoliate and add a light layer of moisturizer to your skin, you cannot go wrong with this! Price is low too!

I'm not really big on self-tanners...they're either hit or miss. I really love Sevin Nyne's Self-Tanning Spray...it was like getting a professional spray tan.

I didn't like Jergens at all. Has really bad self-tanner smell, so applying it every day to achieve some result never felt like a good idea. Clarins is very smelly too, and so not worth the price. I'm surprised Banana Boat is not on the list. It helps achieve nice, natural color fast, and the smell is at least bearable....
