The bonus: red lips are a no-fail staple for fall that can quickly polish off any look.Application tips: To achieve sexy, full lips, Devitt suggests her quick buffing technique. Grab a red lip pencil (try MAC Lip Pencil in Cherry or Redd, $13) and use "light feathering strokes around the lip line, blending inwards towards the center. Then apply a matte or sheer [red] lipstick evenly all over lips with a lip brush. This delivers maximum pigment and long-lasting color," advises Devitt.
