23 Worst Anti-Aging Skin Care Products
Readers say these anti-aging skin care products are just expensive moisturizers (at best) -- ouch
No. 23: Cosmedicine MegaDose Skin Fortifying Serum, $60TotalBeauty.com average member rating: 6*
Why: Readers turned their noses up at the scent of this product: "I got a sample of this and was so excited to try it out. But after applying it to my face I was completely disgusted by the smell. I don't know what this is 'supposed' to do for your skin, but the smell makes me not care. There are other serums you can use to get that silky feel that don't make you gag when you put them on." Another agrees saying she "could not keep this product [on] long enough … to see any effects. I had to wash it twice to get the smell to go away." One woman could handle the scent, but didn't see results: "With this one I can honestly say that it did nothing to my skin after using it for six weeks … I even took pictures of my face."
