Tyra Banks
Red eye shadow is rarely a good move. It either makes you look tired, or in Tyra's case on the far left, demonic. She made much nicer use of warm shadows in the other photo.

You simply MUST criticize Amy Winehouse's look. It might be her signature look but it doesn't mean it's doing anything for her beauty. It's overdone and makes her look harsh.
