tipping the FULL price of the service? Really? so, if my color/cut/shampoo/style comes to $135, I should give my hairdresser a $135 tip? Really?

This is what is wrong with people and why the level of service is way down in this country. Not anywhere in this article do you mention tipping based on exceptional service. That is the ONLY time someone deserves a tip. Their basic wages/fees cover them actually doing their job,

Fine, but I was expecting a lot more Tipping information for others, like Mail Carrier (dont have a regular Mail Carrier right now), Paper Boy (Girl actually), etc.
