Reduce Stress with Natural Homemade Beauty Recipes

Google My Yahoo

Let's face it: these are pretty stressful times. And since most of us don't have the budget for a beauty salon treatment, a spa massage or facial, we need to make do with home remedies. That's why we asked spa owners, beauty authors and brands for relaxing recipes. All of these are quick, easy and you can make them with stuff that's already in your kitchen (so they're cheap too!). Take a moment to indulge, you deserve it!

heres a great facial moisturizer. mix olive oil and a little honey and warm slightly. smooth onto face and sit in a warm room for 10-15 minutes. then wash off with a mild soap. works great!!!

Olive Oil!! My stylist recommended it to me, and I can't believe the results. Also, in the summer when laying around the pool or beach, he told me don't be afraid to spray some tanning oil in your hair. ;)

this egg white recipe sounds unfeasible. when egg whites get heated it makes a stringy mess. also, once again... sugar naked female parts=potential yeast trouble.

if one is too use rose petals in any fashion for face or body do not use store bought they are heavily sprayed with toxic herbacides and peaticiades that can leach into your bathwater and skin ...yikes! instead use roses petals from your own rosebush or from an organic dealer or perhaps have a chat with your local farmers market and see if the chemically treat their blooms... a little common sense goes a long way
