she most definitely does not look younger at all. now she looks like a grandma before she looked younger but super frumpy they should have kept a blonder look and ditched the matronly blah lip gloss color.

Hair cut is good, but I think It needs to have more of a layered effect at crown to give her hair a little height. The heavy bangs make her look older. She could really use some highlights. This hair looks more like she should be wearing a business suit all the time.

I am really sorry to say this, but the new cut and color do her no justice. The make-up is great, but maybe if she went a few shades lighter or had more highlights in her hair (strawberry blond, maybe?)

They should have just given her the makeup and put a shine in her blonde hair and she would have looked a lot better and younger. Brown hair as this tends to pull the face down and hides her other attributes.....
