Less vs. Luxe Lipsticks
See how to get the look of your favorite Nars, Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent lipsticks at drugstore prices
Why spend $30 on a lipstick when you can spend $3 and get the exact same look? We asked celebrity makeup artists Molly Stern and Fiona Stiles to share their favorite lipstick look-a-likes -- and they delivered exact shade and texture matches (no one will be able to tell the difference). Now you can get the look of a Chanel lipstick and still afford a night out.

Seriously...nothing close to 3 dollars! I wear lipstick all day long. I've tried many. I'm 47. I can't find anything i like better than N.Y.C. At $1.98 the price can't be beat! I think alot of people are afraid to try something "cheap". Find it at C.V.S.

I suggest MAC satin lipstick (color Snob)as a luxe and Revlon Matte lipstick (color Pink Pout). Their texture and color are incredible similar!

It doesn't surprise me that Cover Girl made your list....I always believed Cover Girl is good value for your $....:)

I've been using Cover Girl for years. Even though I do occasionally buy more expensive brands, I go right back to Cover Girl, not because they're cheaper but they're creamy and glossy.

I don't think the drugstore lipsticks can compare with the dept. store brands (I like Clinique's lip products) and the dept. store's are not really that much more expensive (you get what you pay for every time).
