Besides Chanel No. 5, I wouldn't use any of these products. Neutrogena has a great product line, but the body oil is way too messy & slippery for my liking.

About the only thing I use on this list is the Olay beauty fluid. I always go for the sensitive skin with spf.

There are so many other better, updated versions of these products on the market today. Like I used to use Paul Mitchell shampoo until I discovered Wen, which is far superior. Neutrogena body oil will actually dry out your skin if you have eczema like I do. And Noxema & Olay must be for people w/really oily skin, since both products strip all the moisture from my skin.

Great list. I love petroleum jelly! It has so many different uses. I've never smelled the Chanel perfume but I've read/heard about how it's so popular. I hope I come across it one day! Thanks. :)

I would have to add Smith's Rosbud salve to this list - the classic formula in the blue and white tin has been around since 1908 and it is great for lips and cuticles. A tin of this stuff is a permanent fixture on my nightstand and I use it religiously. It smells wonderful, is extremely gentle and lasts forever.

You forgot a product that has been a staple in every woman's makeup bag for as long as I can remember (and I'm 48!)...Maybelline Great Lash Mascara! I've tried them all, and will always return to this tried and true product. Your lashes will be twice as thick for every coat you apply, rarely smudges and washes off with soap and water. Find a sale package with 2 for one and stock up. Certain stores also sell these during their own BOGO sale, so you end up with 4 mascara's for the price of one...a good years worth!
