Pinned Coils Works on: Chin-length hair
What you'll need:
•Hot rollers (try: Conair Infiniti Flocked Rollers, $54.99 or Vidal Sassoon Ionic Molecular Steam Setter, $20.99
Bobby pins
•Hairspray (try Aveda Air Control Hair Spray, $23 or John Frieda Frizz-Ease Moisture Barrier Firm-Hold Hairspray, $5.49
How to:
•Step 1: Set hair with hot rollers and allow them to cool. Remove.
Step 2: Using bobby pins, start with the top and side sections of hair and form hair into coils, then pin them softly back. Then pin hanging ends toward the center of head, again in a coil shape. (See photos.)
•Step 3: Set with hairspray.
