Why: "I turned into Ricky Raccoon after just three hours with this mascara on," says one woman, while another reader rates its quality along the lines of "a Wet 'n Wild 99 cent product." One reader says the product "flaked off and sat on top of my cheeks like soot," while another says it "glooped and smeared all over my face." Another woman simply says, "The only good thing about this mascara was that I could wash it off immediately after trying it on." So much for it being "waterproof."

Can't believe Estee Lauder's Double Wear Zero Smudge or Clinique's Lash Power did not make the best list. They are the BEST. I have very watery allergy prone eyes. These hold up the best, look the best, and are not tough on the lashes (they come off with warm water),

I don't usually like to use waterproof if I don't have to, but when I do I use Revlon Falsies! I love it! It makes my lashes look so much longer and fuller! Great article, though! Gives me some good alternatives to choose from!
