Eye Makeup: 16 Best Eyeliners under $10
You don't have to spend more to get quality eye makeup say our readers. These eyeliners are proof
One of the daily morning decisions we must make, along with deciding whether it's a dark roast or an espresso day, is figuring out what eye makeup to wear (hey, we're beauty editors after all). Are we in a fun, daring mood in which case a swipe of purple or aqua-colored liner would be our choice? Or do we want to go for a sexier style and opt for a foxy cat eye? Regardless of the look we choose, we need an arsenal of the right beauty tools, namely a few great eyeliners, to get the job done.
See the best eyeliners under $10 now.
Unfortunately though we too often have days when we realize 20 minutes after an important meeting or date that the fabulous liner we applied is running down our faces. Smudged and smeared (in a bad way) eyes are a beauty disaster that needs to be avoided at all costs -- but how much are you willing to spend for a great liner that doesn't budge? Some cost upwards of $58. If we had $58 we wouldn't give it to a pencil, no matter the pigmented brilliance.
So the million-dollar question is
can we get a great eyeliner without breaking the bank? Well, according to our honest and loyal Total Beauty reviewers, the answer is yes. To prove it, we've compiled their favorite eyeliners that cost less than $10 -- and ones that aren't just mediocre. These eye makeup items don't smudge or disappear, but they also don't last longer than you need them to. (Translation: They are easily removed with eye makeup remover.) Our reviewers say the results from these drugstore liners are comparable, if not better, than the leading department brands. So, what are you waiting for? It's time to say goodbye to smudged raccoon eyes and having to reapply at noon, and hello to these eyeliners that are colorful, cheap and long lasting.

When I read this originally I thought I would purchase a Revlon Colourstay Liquid Liner because I am a drugstore, cheapie makeup addict. I thought it was only 5$ but was dismayed to find that here it is actually 12$! The prices on this list seem to be not accurate at all. But theyre is some items that I will look into!

Great article. I'm glad the Avon Ultra Luxury Liner got some good recognition. It is a great eyeliner and with the sales, I always stock up.

No list of cheap liners is complete without Wet n Wild Mega Eyes defining marker. Super easy to use felt tip applicator draws a line of any width easily and lasts all day. I give it a 10.

This is a great article... I am not a fan of about half of these but for the price point it works! I would like to mention that people should really check their local Dollar Tree Stores for some awesome beauty steals!

I'm not as huge of a fan of the Almay one, I own it in a nice dark brown shade, but it dries out so fast and causes me to rub my eye a little too hard. My friend is obsessed with it, and uses it to give her horrible-looking raccoon eyes all the time. I'll pass. I LOVE Bonnebell liner in Basic Black, which is two dollars and some change at Walmart, it has good color payoff, and is creamy enough to apply without all of the extra effort and eye-related agony. Also, NYC's black Kohl eyeliner pencil does a pretty good job at a cheap price.

I bought a few of Sephora's jumbo pencils last year when they were on sale. They are fun and come in great colors too.

Why aren't the Milani Liquify pencils in here?!?!? And NYX Slide ons? This article shows some products that are awful and doesn't include the ones everybody is raving about. Not helpful.
