I can't believe a Head & Shoulders product made this list. They are all so drying. My husband tried them, and threw them out, and he usually uses his conditioner up even if he hates it.

The Tresemme conditioner is really great and I think it is good for all hair types. I have slightly oily hair and it works just fine.

I have dark brown hair and I dyed it black. For the color I've been using TRESemme Color Treated shampoo & conditioner. (It works great!!) I'm going to let my roots grow out and when their long enough I'll just cut off the black in my hair. Who knows how long that's going to take???!! So now I'll have to find a different shampoo & conditioner...I hope I find some good products.

I was pretty disappointed that there was only one conditioner listed for fine hair, yet several for color-treated. Also, Aussie moist conditioner is not good for fine hair if you want volume. It weighs down your hair quite a bit. If I had color-treated hair, this probably would have been more helpful.

I have semi fine hair, it's naturally straight, from using heat on it everyday, i.e. blow dryer, straightner or culring iron, plus coloring. I needed something to quench my hairs thirst and make it silky soft, well, this is not the answer. Not only did it feel like it dried my hair out more it also faded my color. It also seemed like I had to use a lot just to get it all through my hair. I don't have thick hair either. It's just too watery.

My hair is long, fine and straight. The only way I can get out my tangles is to run my fingers thru with conditioner in the shower. I've tried several different shampoos and conditioners, and the best conditioner by far for getting out tangles is Herbal Essences "Break's Over." I always have to use a lot of conditioner--my tangles seem to disappear instantly! No more pain and no more having to break off my hair tangles!

Gratefulbri, for skinny hair, try "Beautiful Body". This is an older product that you can find at you local beauty supply house, such as "Sally's". You do not have to have a license to purchase. It will run about $9 a bottle and last about 6 to 9 months. Pour it into a spray bottle and spray on wet hair then style as desired. (I blow dry) Does not take much, and you will be amazed at the results. Beautiful Body will not only boost volumn, but takes care of tangles, and hair splitting during the course of the day so hair looks fuller and much more healthy. No more limp hair! I can use texture products, without looking bald and straighten my hair for current styles and trends.

tangles and frizz are a problem for me also and I have found that using BioSilk on towel dried hair after a shower then letting it dry naturally works best. It seems like the heat from the iron actually enhances the smoothness. Costco has BioSilk extra large bottle that lasts me about 3 months for $13. Cant beat that!

I have long chemically straightened hair and the BEST product I have ever found to keep my hair from frizzing is infusium frizoligy. I have been using it for about a year now and have had so many compliments on how soft and shiny my hair is and I never have a friz issue. The moisturoligy works well too but the frizoligy is the best. It is about $6 a bottle and last over a month so it is well worth it. I use the leav in as well as the shampoo and conditioner
