Now, people. You can't expect them to go through the book and pick out a style for every hair type, lenght, and race COMBINED. It would be helpful, but this topic is actually a lot better. It has styles for different lenghts and natural styles. I like the styles and the fact that they're easy to do has nothing to do with the fact that they're GOOD styles. Do you want to spend forever on your hair or what? I don't think you can critizise the site when you guys are asking for the impossible. Nice job to the writers of this artical, BTW (:

Funny, this is how I've been doing my hair anyway. And all this time I've been trying to grow my hair out and I see this wonderful hairstyle! The only difference is that my hair is texturized and my hair is braided as if they're dreds. Now I think I have the confidence to show my bobby pins. hahaha

My grandma was doing the pin curl twist years ago and she was born in 1881. You take about 1" wide of hair and twist it back toward your ear, like you are playing with your hair in class. The difference in what grandma did is she'd take that long pencil thin twist and pin it across the top of her head, like a Swiss milk maid's braid. The pincurl is you twist the long thin strands into quarter sized circles, again back toward the ears and bobby pin each curl with 2 bobby pins. Extra easy. I only do the front and it takes like one minute.

Not bad, but I have collar bone length hair, so it's kind of difficult to do the short hair styles, but also impossible to do the long hair styles. They also didn't include anything for VERY short hair
