I think the most important tips for looking good in the morning are getting the right amount of sleep and drinking plenty of water. I also like the suggestion for cooling products down because that sounds like it would feel great! I also didn't know that applying too much product might increase puffiness. Thanks.

Fabulous information re:Retin-A-it is the holy grail-have been a user for years-then comes the Theapeutica sleeping pillow-every morning I wake up with pillow marks-I had tried to sleep with talika strips on some spots but they come off on the pillow-not good-so I will look to purchase the Terapeutica sleeping pillow-it will certainly be worth the money-surely less than injections all over my face. Thanks for the great article.

I have noticed that my skin does not tolerate night creams at all! Only light serums can occasionally pass,night creams clog my pores apparently. And I have to mention one thing,it really is not good to use eye drops all the time just to "look fresh"! You can dry your eyes with overusage of eye drops so be careful with that. Also I have to notice that when people wake up and get ready to go to work I doubt anyone uses all those masks you suggest,it is pretty silly. My goal always is to get ready as fast as I can and I use as little products as I can and believe me I look far better than my colleagues that need over an hour to get ready and pile all those products and makeup on. Free yourself of all that you do not need and leave more time to sleep,that is the real thing,nothing can beat good night rest.

You can also line the inner corner of your eyes with a bright blue liner. It cancels out the red, making your eyes appear whiter and brighter. Also take time to massage your cleanser into your skin, it gets the blood flowing and gives your skin a rosy glow.
