This body-shaping filler, made from stabilized hyaluronic acid, is injected into the breast and molded into shape -- a procedure that reportedly can take as little as 30 to 90 minutes and costs Ł2500, with touchups costing Ł1500. The boob-enhancing effects of the filler only last up to 12 months before touch-ups are required, although it can vary. Online anecdotes from some women who have used it report shrinkage in as little as three to six months; others say Macrolaned breasts can last more than a year.
