The Eyebrow Mistakes You're Making
Learn how to fix them with eyebrow makeup and these expert tricks
The fix: Do your research. Find a permanent makeup artist that draws many tiny, hair-like strokes of ink, they will look much more natural. And ask for a shade that is about two hues lighter than your hair color. Before you commit, ask the expert for examples of their past work, so you can feel confident in working with them.
A tattoo alternative? Brow tinting. If you have some hairs, even if they are tiny bits of fuzz, the tint will dye those along with a bit of your skin to give you a more perfect shape. The downside is that tinting fades out after three to four weeks so you'll need to do it often.
If you don't have any brow hairs at all and prefer not to tattoo them, you could try a brow transplant -- yup, just like a hair transplant. A doctor transplants hair follicles from your head to your brow area. It's a newer procedure, but it's garnering a ton of buzz. Check out more info on The Bosley Procedure for brows here.
