"My natural hair color, as I'm getting older, is becoming dull," says Lisa, 42. "I’m also starting to see a spattering of gray throughout the hairline. My stylist always seems to do a great job with the highlights, but I'm not opposed to a fresh, new perspective," she continues. As for her haircut, she wants something subtly new, not too drastic and a shape that will flatter her face. "I've tried going shorter, but that was a disaster.
