Body: Get a tan (sunless, of course) There's no rule that says self-tanner is only for summer. If winter is getting you down and your skin tone is bordering on gray, grab your favorite tanner and make people think you were on vacation. Just don't go too far -- the formula that looks natural in August is probably too dark for January. "I recommend using a gradual tanner mixed with a regular tanner," says Cindy Barshop, founder of Completely Bare. Your tan will be noticeable enough to make a difference, but not dark or orange enough to scream "fake."
