Exfoliating daily (as well as using a mask) may be too harsh for some skin types; I think two to three times a week is enough.

Wonderful advice. I do a lot of the stuff on here and my skin has imporoved drastically. Only thing to work on is of course my diet!

Good tips. My rosacea subsided greatly when I switched from washing with bar soap (even though it was Dove sensitive skin unscented) to Cetaphil lotion, and began using a moisturizer made for sensitive skin. I exfoliate daily with a wash cloth (which helps give me a healthy glow) but I'm afraid a brush would be too much for my sensitive skin.

Exfoliating the face so much (especially with brushes and every day). In winter skin is too sensitive and dry for that.
