If you can brave the Boop, a skintight red dress, flapper wig, and perhaps a fur coat will finish this fun look. Also, it might be an excuse to bring your dog and to blow kisses at strangers. The Katy Perry tutorial for Last Friday Night is the best one I've seen. Michelle Phan is pretty awesome. They needed to include Pixiwoo videos!!!
