Reader Jessica believes "skin is the result of what is going on internally. So [a healthy diet] would be my first and best advice." Some of the women with perfect skin absolutely swear off all dairy products, say no to fried foods, severely limit their red meat intake, won't drink coffee, limit alcohol, and avoid sugar. More than half mentioned taking a daily multi-vitamin, while others suggested drinking wheat grass and green tea, eating lots of fruit and getting plenty of greens. Wow, better stash that jumbo cookie -- stat.
