What she thought: "I'm always impressed by Milani makeup and use their HD Concealer on a daily basis, so I was excited to try this foundation. It really does feel like mousse when you apply it. It's very light and blends extremely well (in fact, I thought the color might be too dark for my skin, but it didn't seem to matter once it was on because it blends so easily). My skin felt soft and smooth, and I barely had to dust on face powder to set it because the foundation was already pretty matte on its own. Good product, good price -- I'm impressed."
