Extreme Cat Eyes
It was a toss-up between "California girls" Katy Perry and Gwen Stefani, but ultimately, Katy Perry seemed to rock some of the craziest versions of this extreme cat eye as her standby look. Here, she's offset a wide, uber-extended line of black liquid liner on top with a metallic gold liner on the lower lash line (try Urban Decay Liquid Liners in Ink and Honey, $18). YAY!!! crazy makeup!!! why not?! I wouldn't do something like this for 2nd period American History, but why not on the weekend to walmart? I've seen so many crazy hairstyles, outfits, and makeup there. I'll give it a try myself
