Lay on your back. Tuck the right knee to your chest and extend the left leg out in front of you. Extend the right arm to your right and breathe in. On an exhale, twist the knee to the left. You will find yourself on the side of the left leg. Draw the right shoulder to the floor. Don't be concerned with getting the knee all the way to the floor. Turn your head to the extended right hand. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to a minute, taking 5 to 10 deep breaths. Repeat on the other side.
