The 6 Best -- and 6 Worst -- Hand Creams

The Worst No. 2: Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream, $30.00
TotalBeauty.com average reader rating: 6.2*Why: One reviewer writes, "You know that line in 'Beaches' when Barbara Hershey's flipping out over not being able to find a picture of her mother's hands? Makes you think about how they reflect age and the beating they take, which is why I was a little disappointed in this one. SPF is where it's at, and this has zip. Yes, it has the Clarins characteristic lovely smell and great herbal cocktail, but it seemed to be gone after 20 minutes. In a pinch, it gets used, but it's not a Clarins staple for me as many of their other products." Other reviewers don't believe this product is worth the steep price. One says, "What's the point? This product made my hands smell good and that was it!"
