Jouer Hollywood is the epicenter of the stars, so it's no surprise that Stiles ended up finding some awesome locally-based makeup companies. She says she instantly fell in love with Los Angeles-based brand Jouer years ago and it's been a staple in her kit ever since. "I love their flattering lip glosses and their cream Cheek Tints, $20, especially Peony," she says. But the product she can't live without is definitely the Luminizing Moisture Tint, $38. "I use it to achieve that little bit of glow for an evening out, or I mix it with other foundations to make them luminous. It's also gorgeous on the body."

I love OCC and Hourglass! Love that they are vegan-friendly too. I haven't been impressed by what I've tried from Inglot.

Great new underground brands worth trying I must say. Hourglass has definitely gained popularity with their primers and are definitely worth a try.

I'm sold on the Jouer Luminizing moisture tint! Got it in a beauty sample kit, and it was perfect for my 50ish skin, which I love to pamper.

There's an Inglot store in Times Square. Everything there is pretty afforable, and the eyeshadow is very pigmented. You get a good amount of makeup for the price. A friend told me to try Jouer, but I think I should read the reviews first. :)

I love the lipstick. I personally have never heard of any of these brands. I cannot wait to try Jouer Luminizing Moisture Tint. Something to help me look fresh and glowing is a great product to me.

I really want to try Youngblood, but otherwise the only brand here I've tried is Jouer. Some of these are just too expensive. But Jouer's Luminizing Moisture Tint looks so nice and saves me time getting ready that it is worth the price.

I've been noticing a lot of the "lip tar" type products. I see them in ads, makeup tutorial videos and I've seen several articles on this website advertising lip tar. I guess I need to give them a try. I've tried to stay away from lip gloss type products, because my husband doesn't want to kiss me and have glossy lips when he's done. :). I've been a fan of the colorstay lip stain type lip colors. But I've noticed them less and less in the make up aisle at the stores. I can't wait to try OCC - I hope I love them as much as everyone else seems to!

OCC is one of my favourite brands now - not just their lip tars are amazing, their loose colour concentrates have amazing staying power and beautiful pigmentation. I've also never considered Inglot an underground brand - they have kiosks in malls all over the place here! But their eyeshadows are so fantastic.

I read some reviews about jouer tint and that it has been making girls break out. I have acne susceptible skin so I'm scared to try it out but I did buy their Lip Enhancer and Lip Gloss and can't wait to try it out! I also can't wait to try out OCC lip tar but I'm scared of what colors to buy since I live in a place where I don't know where I can try them first before I buy them.

I LOVE Hourglass. Their Mineral Veil Primer is an absolute staple in my skincare/makeup routine. If you have sensitive skin, it is totally worth the money!
