I especially like Neutrogena, Aussie, and John Frieda's "Frizz-Ease." I'm surprised Frederic Fekkai deep conditioners are listed.

I have tried Aussie deeeep conditioner, what so great about it says you can use it everyday ,so I did and it keeps my color treated hair soft and shiny. Have to try and buy this again.

A good conditioner for damaged hair is the Pro naturals moroccan argan oil conditioner. I LOVE THAT STUFF!!!! Argan oil is just awesome and it makes your hair strong and healthy again.

Any women over 40 or getting close can tell weird stuff starts to happen, can't lose weight, acne and finally frizzy hair. I'm not sure when it happened, but my natural color turned to dishwater blond, and my natural curls have turned to FRIZZ! So I went to my wonderful and really expensive hair dresser to have the usual cut and color and when she went to wash my hair she said that they just got a new shampoo and conditioner called Shielo and that is smelled great. So she washes my hair and OMG - is she right - it smelled incredible but then she put the conditioner in and ran it through my hair and within one minuet she could run her fingers through it with no problem, I was amazed. Its the Hydrating line from the Shielo line. When I used the Shielo products on my hair at home and was amazed again that it smelled great but was so smooth and tangle free, my hair is long and very fine so is also easily weighted down and tangled but now it is soooo easy to style I cant believe my hair feels this good after a color and after blow drying.

I love the neutrogena and pantene, but the biolage didn't work for my hair type, which is soft, wavy/stringy easy to curl. I'm eurasian ,but didn't inherent any Asian hair traits though my hair looks full and healthy. During the winter These hair treatments are great for moisture along with using coconut oil and the chi silk infusion for an extra boost till you can get a salon deep conditioning.

I have tried the pantene beautiful lengths and aussie 3 minute miracle and they were both ok. My go-to deep conditioner though is the Macadamia one! It's amazing!

Great article. I agree with many of these choices. Love the Redken Butter. Best I ever tried is Hydrating Hydra Whip from Pureology. Only takes 2 minutes and is so concentrated it last forever! Well worth the high price.

my hair is super damed to can i use the aussie 3in miracle on my hair and leave it on for a while the underneath on the back of my neck is fine while its wet but as soon as it dries feels like broom straw

I have super damaged hair and I'm in the process of making it healthier and part of my process is using a hair mask a couple times a week. I was really surprised by how much I loved It's a 10 hair mask, seriously its a really great product and not very expensive and lasts forever. I am using enjoy's hair mask right now which my friend is obsessed with and the first time I used it my hair became incredibly soft and I am liking it so far so I would recommend these to everyone.

My hair is over-processed, and I'm growing it out so...lots of split ends and I'm sure the flat iron doesn't help. So after trying to deal with straw-like hair with Ojon, Frederic Fekkai and a few other high-priced products, I decided to give Shielo a try, specifically their Hydrate Vibrancy Conditioner. I never had heard of the Shielo brand, but I decided to just give it a try - the results were worth it. It seems I need repeat treatments of it, and I didn't expect it to be a permanent solution. But there are no real miracles for problems like mine. Yet this treatment worked best, and I'm sticking with it!

I thank God for u girls I really need help with my hair aince is not thick like it used to be now is thin and falling a little bit I really dont like it plus its damaged like hell split ends no shine really dry no bounce well in short words like the Sahara desert. I started using Aussie 3 Minute Miracle as a young teen. My sister's hairdresser told me it was one of the few store-shelf products out there that was really different from the others and really worked. I have been a faithful user until about 3 years ago when every store in the small city I live in stopped selling...and so did the stores in the big city I live near and do most of my shopping in. I was beginning to think the product was no longer available in Canada or had been discontinued. That is, until London Drugs opened and I recently cleared out their shelves. $2.99 a bottle x 12 bottles = a happy, happy girl with happy, happy hair! Yes, 12 bottles may seem extreme and costly, but it's a steal compared to all the money I've wasted over the years trying crappy substitutes. I do a lot to my hair (straightner, monthly coloring, daily blowdrying, etc.) and this conditioner makes it seem as though my hair has never been touched by a product or heating appliance! The smell is incredible, too! It's a pity that the shampoo has changed over the years, but I guess nothng lasts forever...hopefully the 3 Minute Miracle does, or I'll just shave my head bald!

While it's not a deep conditioner, I would recommend L'occitane's Conditioner for Dry and Damaged Hair. It leaves my hair feeling soft and silky, and the scent is wonderful!

I don't see how Pantene and Garnier can make this list. They are the worst things you can put on your hair. I've read about them and had hairdressers tell me not to use them.

Though I haven't tried the Redkin Smooth Down Butter Treat mentioned in the article, I would like to redirect readers to Redkin's All Soft Heavy Cream as this has been MY saving grace! Before finding this deep treat product, I was not able to comb through my very dry curly hair, now it's a pleasure!
