Impact of living life without nail care If you always are doing at-home manis and polish changes, then you may not notice changes to your nails, or you might not think that they're a big deal. However, Robinson explains that a darkened band in your nail might be a sign that you have skin cancer, shape changes to your nails may indicate alcohol or arsenic poisoning and clubbing in nails (when the tips of your fingers enlarge and your nails curve around your fingertips) results from low oxygen levels in your blood and could be a sign of heart or lung disease, she says.
Ideally I would love to do all these when required to, but I foresee that becoming very expensive. Except for working out and eating healthy I can't afford to do everything at all the times necessary. Ah!
I believe that for the busy person who really does not take care of their skin this is a very good article. We know that they will not heed to all the suggestions, but, if they take one or 2 points away it will be to their benefit. Face it, if they are busy, they are probably not going to read the entire article anyway!!
Wow! Good luck convincing my husband to let me get a massage once a week! I would love to, but I usually only get one every several years. I work a very stressful job, so perhaps it may be worth looking into!

These seem self-explanatory, but none of these tips can be ignored. Thorough information in a great article!

Interesting piece. Some of the "impact without treatment" portions seem a bit dramatic.
