Roll your neck
Attend to any neck pains by doing some neck rolls. It'll also help warm up your neck, which Fowler says is an area that's often stiff in the morning.• Still sitting in a crossed leg position, roll your neck slowly one direction a few times.
• Reverse directions and do a few more neck rolls.
