Turning 34 this year? Good for you! That's because a new study from a British skincare company found out that women who are 34 (like Jennifer Love Hewitt, pictured) reported feeling most comfortable with their bodies.

Whether it has to do with hormones, self-esteem, or finally being able to let go of the goal weight you were when you were in college, 40 percent of 34-year-old women polled said they look at themselves naked ever day. An additional 25 percent look at themselves once a week.

But that doesn't mean all 34-year-olds are running around naked, strutting their stuff. Some of us (yes, I'm the dreaded 34) are still a little gunshy when it comes to embracing our nude figures. Around 16 percent polled said they didn't want to glance at their naked bodies.

As for what women prefer, 30 percent said they love their breasts, while another 22 percent prefer their legs. And here's one thing most of us can agree on: 57 percent polled said they'd want to change their stomachs more than anything else. Amen, sisters. [Source]
