• Celeb trainer and Gwyneth Paltrow BFF Tracy Anderson has some actually-reasonable advice for new moms and moms-to-be. When it comes to exercising post-pregnancy, Anderson says it's important to keep perspective. "Stay connected to what you feel is the best path for you and the baby and do the workouts as best you can," she advises. You should also make sure you're eating healthy so that your breast milk is healthy, and, says Anderson, just try to do the best that you can. "What matters is that you're smart enough to grab the tools it takes, give yourself the time, and when your doctor releases you to work out, that you actually do work out. And if you're doing that, you can't put a timeline on it -- you're doing the best you can do." [Newsday]

• We love Sandra Bullock (I think it's considered un-American not to), but for the love of George Clooney, what is happening with her hair on the cover of the October issue of Vogue? This faux-bouffant/high fashion mullet seems highly ill-advised. But what do you think, eh? [Fashion Gone Rogue]

• Ring the alarm! Because Miley Cyrus dyed her '90s-fied short hair brown over the weekend. She was spotted with the new dark hue in Paris on Friday and snapped with a fan on Instagram. Proof that famous or not, all women love messing with their hair when they're going through emotional dramz. We have so been there. [Perez Hilton]

• There she is, Miss America, with a mascara wand in her hand and too much blush on her cheek. Miss America contestants are required, you see, to do their own dang hair and makeup. "Little known fact," said Kelly Richardson, who does pageant spray-tanning and such for beauty contestants. "Miss America is required to do her own hair and makeup during her reign, so for the televised show on Sunday, no contestant may use a hair or makeup artist backstage. They are on their own." How's that for realness? [Huffington Post]

• Sad attractive vampire Rob Pattinson lurves the fashions. That's why he spends his spare time sketching couture gowns. He might be the next Kanye West, even. "I kind of want to get more involved in the industry, I really like it. I like the speed of it, you can just move so much quicker. I also like designing clothes, it's kind of a new thing that I have started doing," admits the "Cosmopolis" actor. "It's really embarrassing, I like drawing couture dresses." Pattinson said he might actually want to show at fashion week one day. "That would be the most random thing ever but I actually really want to do it. I don't know though, it could be incredibly embarrassing." Hey, that never stopped Kanye.
