Bummer. A new study found that vitamin D supplements don't actually do anything to reduce depression in patients. Published in the journal of
Psychosomatic Medicine, the study out of Columbia University found that vitamin D doesn't have any real effect on patients with clinical depression. [

More bad news out of Planet Fitness. Muslim woman Tarainia McDaniel says she was kicked out of an Albuquerque branch of the gym chain for wearing a head scarf. The chain says the head scarf violated its dress code, but McDaniel says the policy is a violation of her right to free access based upon religion.
