Most of us want to look good in pictures, but the majority of us wouldn't think of going to the lengths that Triana Lavey's gone to to take good selfies. Two years ago she began the process of changing her physical appearance to look better in photos, undergoing a round of $15,000 in plastic surgery.
But that wasn't enough.
She's looking to get more procedures done so she can have the perfect selfie. "Today this business is moving at the speed of the Internet," Lavey said. "Your selfie is your head shot so you can reinvent yourself every day with your iPhone. It's a legitimate form of promoting yourself."
So Lavey, who works as a talent manager at uFluencer in Los Angeles, has spent thousands to get a picture-perfect face. "I now have the face that I always thought that I had," she said. "I look like myself, but Photoshopped." [
