That's what's actually happening to countless women from Japan and China who've made the pilgrimage to South Korea to visit top surgeons. When they're ready to travel home, customs officials are stopping them at the gate, unable to reconcile their passport photos with the women standing in front of them.

To remedy the situation, doctors are now saddling women with "plastic surgery certificates," which supposedly help make the process go smoother.
