Are boobs getting bigger? Maybe. According to the bra experts at lingerie retailer Intimacy, the average boob size has gone from a 34B in 1983 to a 34DD. But! They say it's not because women are suddenly more top heavy -- it's because consumers are actually buying bras that fit them now. Fewer D cups squeezing into a B cup is a good thing, right? [Source]

You guys, are we already on to fall haircuts? Just in case you're wondering what you'll be telling your stylist, it's all about low ponys, side faux bang, the wet look, and volume for days. Obviously not all at once. Or okay, go for it, try to wear all that stuff together, we dare you. [Source]

Eat one apple and see me in the morning: Some doctors in NYC have done away with trying to prescribe drugs to solve every health problem, and have instead switched to writing prescriptions for fruits and veggies. It's been creatively named the Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program, and it targets at-risk, low-income families who may have limited to access to fresh produce. Participants are prescribed "health bucks" that can be redeemed at more than a hundred farmer's markets. The aim is not to replace conventional medicine, but to supplement it through better diet. We can definitely get down with that. [Source]

Taco Bell, one of my fondest locales of wayward youth and devilishly fast metabolism, has done away with its kid's menu. No more baby tacos for you! The vaguely Mexican fast food chain is getting all kinds of praise for its decision, but hold up: Taco Bell's spokesperson basically admitted it was a financial decision, not a moral one. ""As we continue our journey of being a better, more relevant Taco Bell, kids' meals and toys simply no longer make sense for us to put resources behind," said TB's CEO Greg Creed. We see you over there, Taco Bell, shoving a chalupa in your face. Don't lie to us. [Source]

To lose weight, researchers now say you've got to try to beat the clock -- your internal clock, that is. A new study from Spain found that people who connected their eating cycles with their circadian rhythms were more likely to lose weight than others. "When the timing of meals does not match with the sleep-wake cycle well, there's a disconnect between the different clocks that we have in basically all the cells of our body," said Frank Scheer, director of the Medical Chronobiology Program at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. So, keep that stuff aligned, okay? [Source]
