Gold does look good on blue eyes and is not really that difficult to master as it is a type of neutal unless its a sparkly or glitery formula. I have a palette with two gold shades, a rusty colour, dk brown and green. It offers beaur=tiful choices and brings out blue eyes wonderfully. If you want less neutral add some of the green. I bought an all gold kit from ELF. They have very affordable makeup. It had eye shadow, lip gloss , bronzer and a few other items for less than $20. I have bought a lot of stuff from there. Gold is a great highlighter for browns shades of eyeshadows.
