The dark blue color in the in the Wet n Wild "I got good jeans" palette
This would make an amazing eyeliner as well....wet eyeliner brush with a little visine or water, dip brush in and sweep across the old lids.....awesome color!

it does! actually i use a dark royal blue eyeliner to line my upper lids when I use this. But just using the eyeshadow will work too.
