So jealous of all the Northern Cali residents! It's so beautiful there and you guys have a seasons and a variation in climate!! I'd move to San Fran in a heartbeat!

I'm originally from NY, but now out in the 'burbs in NJ - it really is the garden state! But I'm jealous of you warmer weather friends.

Currently I live in Spartanburg, SC. About an hour and a half south of Charlotte, NC. Even though I'm in the middle of hillbilly hell, I love where I live. I'm also about 2 and a half hours from Atlanta. In a couple of hours I can be in the mountains, or going the other way, I can be to the beach. So I like it that I have the feeling of living in the middle of nowhere, but with a small drive, everywhere is my playground.

It really is beautiful - about 3 months out of the year (Sept and Oct). Most other times it's pretty foggy in the city. If you lived outside of SF, proper, there's nice weather often. I'm from Southern California, so I sometimes miss 65 degree weather in the winter ;-)

I'd move to San Fran in a heartbeat too! I'm not that big a fan of Sacramento, but I plan on moving to back to LA when I finish college.
