For those of us ladies with smaller budgets, I've found the L'oreal HIP liquid lip colors to be nice and non-sticky. They aren't exactly glosses, but they're pretty and shimmery :)

Chanel lip glosses are pricy but great! I have found them to last a long time and not be sticky at all. I just got a new color Party Red, it's featured in the beauty section of there website right now, and I LOVE it! It's not a color I would normally pick and I am so glad I tried something new, it's beautiful.

Maybelline Superstay Powergloss is not sticky at all - the philosophy is, apply the sheer colour base coat, let it dry and then apply the clear top coat. Reapply the glossy top coat as needed throughout the day and although it has a very MAC Plushglass effect - it's not nearly as gloopy!

I like the Bare Essentuals (Buxom), nice colors, good shine. I tend to like a nude, glossy lip. I have to agree I'm over the thick sticky glosses, don't want to look like I'm drooling =)
