Tell me about your faves!

Even if you aren't a deeper-toned lady, let me know which brands you think have the best offerings for us ladies of a deeper hue.

I think MAC definitely makes some good products for people with darker skintones.

I agree, they have a wide range of foundation and their colors are pretty pigmented.

I have to agree - MAC is one of the few brands that has a wider range for women of colour but I'm just not a fan of some of their foundations. Make Up For Ever is pretty decent too and I prefer their foundations over MAC's. I love Face Atelier foundations and from what I've been told they will be extending the line for darker skin tones. Right now it suits up to dark but nothing for deep darker women.

Yeah, they do have a wide range of colors, but I agree, not a fan of their foundation formulas. I love Make up For Ever Mat Velvet + though, its HG for me.

I've never tried Make Up For Ever or Face Atelier. I should really try those. I'm putting them on my list.

I LOVE MUFE's Mat Velvet + too! It stays on soo well and doesn't look too powdery.

You'll love both lines. Your skin looks pretty flawless though - damn you girl! Face Atelier's are like a heavier version of Giorgio Armani's Sheer Fluid. Goes on so nice. I only apply it wear I really need it. If you go to www.faceatelier.com you can order samples under a $1 so you can see if any of the darker colours suit you.

Oh, cool! Thanks for that! I'll order some samples today.
