I currently use the Shiseido Eye and Lip Makeup remover and would like to switch to something that is much less expensive but will take off waterproof eye liner. I have tried Lancome's but I do not care for it. Any suggestions?

WalGreens has makeup eye remover, there wipes, and they work great, IDK how much they cost but it's wal-greens so I'm sure there not too spendy.

Have you tried old-fashioned, cheap baby oil? LOL It might be too oily, I don't know. But it's the only thing that removes the Cover Girl Outlast All Day Lipcolor. That stuff really does last all day, and through meals too.

I use Maybelline's non-oily washable eye make up remover. BUT they also make a formula for waterproof make up. That might work for you. And Maybelline is definitely cheap!

I use neutrogena and it works well. You have to wash your face after you use it because it leaves your skin oily, but other than that its good :)

Thank you for the baby oil tip. I think that's the way I'm gonna go when I finish up with what I have now.

Most inexpensive eye makeup remover ever: baby shampoo! Put a drop of it on a cotton ball, moisten with water, swipe across your eye. Makeup comes right off and it's gentle on the eyes.

I agree with the above posters. Baby shampoo or lotion works great as an eye makeup remover. It's inexpensive and it actually works!

I forgot that baby lotion can be a great eye makeup remover! I didn't know the shampoo is too. Good to know.

Also forgot to suggest that when trying baby oil, try using a Q-tip to apply it sparingly along the eye liner, so you won't have too much oily residue. Let it sit a few seconds, then wipe off. Wash your face, esp. around the eyes, as usual. Hope this helps.
