HELP! I USED THE sally hansen cream hair bleach TODAY AND WHEN I WENT TO GO WASH IT OFF MY FACE WAS REALLY RED AND I NOW HAVE BLACK SPOTS ALL OVER!HAT DO I DO! IM FREAKEN OUT! IM GOING TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER IN THE MORNING BUT WHAT DO I DO FOR NOW1 IM ONLY 21 I DONT WANT MY FACE TO BE PERMENTLY BE LIKE THIS FOREVER! PLEASE HELP I USED THIS 2 BEFOR AND NEVER HAS THIS HAPPY TODAY WAS MY 3RD TIME! PLEASE HELP! WHAT DO I DO??

claudia, do you have any neosporin or jojoba oil? try using that and some ice.one time i had a bad reaction to a hair removal cream above my lip too, so i know how you feel. and i think it is a good idea that you call them and let them know what happened to you. hope this helped and dont worry it will be ok. my lip heeled just fine.

I hope you got a hold of the company. Another thing to try is Benedryl, either the tablets or the cream. Try and stay away from cortisone since it will thin the skin on the face - unless a physician advises you to use it. An over the counter antibiotic cream will also help. Keep the area dry and clean and please wait to use cosmetics in the area until it is healed.
