Ok that aside I think the best enhancer are inserts. I wouldn't trust any creams or pills. I totally agree. While the grass is always greener, I wish I could downsize. Ladies that are smaller in the chest can always look larger but once they're too big, you can't get smaller without going under the knife.

Right you are. My larger-chested friends have a hard time finding trendy blouses that fit their bust, yet are form-fitting to their waist. You gotta love the skin you're in.

The good thing is though, if you are larger and want a reduction, some insurances will cover it! A good friend of mine was way too big (she was wearing a 36DD and it was too small for her). She got a reduction and it has really improved her self-confidence. Her insurance actually covered it because the large breasts were causing severe back pain.

She's getting a reduction covered my medical and the Dr she's going to is throwing in a lift! I plan on doing the same when I move back. I'd like to be a mid C or even a B. And it is so annoying bc I have a small waist but bc my boobs are bigger, all my shirts either make me look heavier, or if I wear a form fitting shirt, I look like a bit of a floozie or an attention fiend. I have a friend with a G-cup though and I always think of her and realize I should shut my mouth.

i don't have large breast but i wish. i loved this cream that Pout use to have. they sold it at Victoria Secret. BUT i've been wanting to get it again it would be great for summer. what it did was jut add lust to the area. it made it look pink and just cute. i can't describe it. it purpose was to firm but i just though that gave it an illusion of firmness. now, i think that this brand doesn't exist anymore but i trully believe that Victoria Secret bought the company. well they have something like this now. i want to give it a try. Also Clarins has this serum but i had to return it. its a waste of money.

It seems like the only way you could really enhance your bust is to take something that had hormones in it, right? Like estrogen and/or progesterone? Do over the counter products have hormones in it? Or is it something that "mimics" the effects, I wonder?

I've heard the only true, doctor-approved, clinically proven way (without implants) is with a system like Brava. It's basically a battery-powered bra system you wear for several weeks at a time that is meant to stimulate growth (1/2-2 cup sizes I believe). It's actually a very very smart device and is endorsed by many physicians... I'm dying to try it.

A lot of the breast enhancing supplements (Breast Success, for example) contain three herbs that are phytoestrogens and purported to cause an increase in breast tissue -- wild yam, fenugreek, and saw palmetto. There are other ingredients in breast enhancing tablets as well but I can't recall what they are at the moment. I think the three herbs I mentioned are the strongest and most popular ingredients. I'll 'fess up and say that I got implants last year (please don't anyone scold me < grin >) but I went really conservative with the size. I was an A cup and now I'm a B cup. I'm petite at 5'2" and around 105 pounds and I didn't want to be top-heavy and "obviously implanted". Anyway, though, about those herbs I mentioned above, do a Google search on 'em and see what turns up.
