I've heard it was good but there can always be problems so I'm scared to do it. It's also expensive, so thats also holding me back. If anyone has done it or knows someone who has done it, and has feedback, negative or positive, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.. Hope to hear from you guys soon!! : )

40 is a terrible time! whomever told you that doesnt know much about lasik. age 40 might be the single worst time to get lasik, b/c most nearsighted people become LESS nearsighted at around age 40 (and more presbyopic...)
