(I started this topic)

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried e.l.f. cosmetic line and if they liked it?

I personally really like ELF (though you guys in the States get it at half the price that it's sold at in England!). I find their foundation brush excellent and I love the customisable palette I got from them - the colours match effortlessly, go really well with any skin tone and create a really nice overall look even when you're not really trying to achieve anything in particular.

I just ordered a bunch of makeup from e.l.f. I can't wait to try it out and will let you know if it is worth it.

I haven't tried all the products, but I really like the lip gloss in a tube -it really goes on nicely, and it has spf in it.Best of all, my local grocery store sells it, so it is convienient as well.

Unfortunately I've never heard of it, so I don't know! The only brand I do know of that I find cheap in quality and price is Wet and Wild!

You could try "Googling" it and seeing reviews from other sites too.

I have tried several items and the only one I liked was their lip glosses.

so far I've only tried the makeup brushes, and I love, love, love them. They are so soft for a $1 a piece! I bought the 12 pack set and had a coupon so I paid $6 and I would have gladly paid more.

I was just told about e.l.f 2 weeks ago, from a friend. I found that my Big Lots and k-mart here in town sell it. I REALLY like the sunkissed bronzed powder and pressed powder I bought. I now use them everyday. I tried the lip gloss in a tube and I did not like it, but my friend LOVES it. I used to sell Mary Kay Cos. so I am stuck on their lip glosses which is why I think i did not like e.l.f's. I had been wanting to try mineral sooooooo I did order e.l.f's. I figured for the price I would try it. Which is what has kept me from buying other kinds. It should be here in 2 days!! I will let you know what I think. Also go to their site and read there reviews, they were really heplful!!

I tried this brand and was disappointed. The eyeshadow faded as fast as I put it on ( I don't have oily lids) and it didn't blend well. I tried another product in the line ( lip gloss) another mistake. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. Stick to well know brands like Bobbi Brown, Mac, Chanel, etc...I know its expensive; but when you start adding up all the money your spending on cheaper products; well, in my check book, that makes a huge difference.

What I ordered from e.l.f., I have been pleased with, except the mascara. I have to have mascara with a fat brush, and the brush just wasn't big enough for me. I love the blush (it's called Shy)and I use the hydro-tint with Clinique's City Block SPF 25 everyday and love it! I just mix the two products together on my finger, then apply. I find it goes on much better that way. I have used the eyeshadow as well and did not have a problem with it-I don't have oily lids either and it lasted all day-better than some other brands I have tried. I will definately order from e.l.f. again!
