Greetings everyone.
I hope you are finding this site as useful as I am, even though I just joined.
Personally, I have decided that I am finally going to get the body I have always wanted.
I can use all the help I can get!
My biggest problem is acne, and the fact that I am overweight but I will find another site to join for that matter.
I must admit, compared to others I have seen on the site I have little advice to give. Though I will try my hardest to offer any I may have.
If you have a spare moment, please look at my profile and see if you have any advice to offer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and, I hope to help many others (not just myself) through this site.

Something for you to try for your acne and it isn't expensive. The product is called "Acne Free" and you can find it at any discount store. It's actually stronger than proactive. Also, try to use oil free products. You can also go "counter" hopping to see what lines have to offer in regards to oil free foundations. Most of the time they will give you samples free of charge. I hope this helps you.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have never heard of the product, "Acne Free" but I will defiantly try it. I also try to make sure I use oil free products, but sometimes I get so excited by the coverage I forget that it is also giving me more acne as well as covering my existing acne. I will make sure to use only oil free in the future. Once again, thank you so much for taking the time to give me such helpful advice.

Hi! I have been signed up to this site for while, but just started posting, so I am a newbie too. I also have acne, plus I have melasma which basically is brown blotches all over. Lovely, let me tell ya! I see a dermatologist who gives my triluma which has done well for my skin. I have used Murad's acne products-they work really well. I get them at Sephora. They are concentrated, and last a long time. I use Avon's Hydra radiance day lotion spf 30. It is inexpensive, and it is light, and doesn't break me out.I am still experimenting with different foundations. The bigger problem for me is not so much the acne scars, but the melasma. If I cover it up completely, the makeup lays in my acne scars and wrinkles! Yuk!! If i don't cover it, I have lovely brown blotches. Hopefully someone has some advice for both of us!

Hi,

Since you don't normally wear a lot of makeup, I suggest you start off slow. Defiently use the "acne free" product mentioned below. Once you skin starts to clear up start using just a couple of products. I always think less is better. Your profile mentions you use burts bees...so try finding one with a nude, pinkish, or very light brown (depending on what color you prefer) tint to it. If you really want to plump up your lips with a huge tingle try it cosmetics lip plumping gloss. Next you might want to try putting on a like masacara...dont use waterproof...not yet anyways...It will take a little more effort to get off then the non-waterproof. I really love the cover girl exact lash. Finally try using some sort of a bronzer or maybe a blush...Tarte has a really good cheek stain in full blossom..oh and I really love the get wet waterproof bronzer from it cosmetics...it is actually waterproof and had held up on hot sweaty days. Any other advice just ask! I hope you find something that works great for you!!!
xoxo
